We wanted to share some of our bills and expenses here to show our supporters the high costs of running our rescue. Here you will find screenshots of our rent payments, medical bills, dog and cat food expenses, etc. The list goes on, but we never stop working to provide a safe and comfortable home for our animals.
Last year our medical bills were $43,000.
When we take in a dog or cat ,they are usually disabled, injured or abused. We take them to our vet for exam, x-rays and what ever labs are needed to check their condition.

We feed raw and cooked for our dogs and cats. Including quality treats and can food for the cats. Our food bill is about $14,000 a year.
Feeding a diet nature intended for cats and dogs, improves their health, and makes the Dharma rescue's healthy in mind ,body and soul. |

Dharma Rescue's dogs and cats have a 2000 sq ft . home. Our rent is $3,393.50 a month, which is $40,722 a year. This does not include utilities.
